Lord Stantley is a battle pet found in Zaralek Cavern during Dragonflight, obtained by interacting with a Curious Top Hat while transformed by a Clacking Claw.

Obtain a Clacking Claw
Defeat Klakatak at 54, 41.6 in Zaralek Cavern to loot 
Clacking Claw, a single-use item with roughly a 50% drop chance that transforms you into a crab-like creature for 10 minutes. Multiple Clacking Claws can drop from a single kill, so hold onto any extras. Clacking Claw is also available for purchase on the Auction House if you prefer to skip the farm.
Use Clacking Claw Before Interacting
Use the Clacking Claw to gain its transformation buff before approaching a Curious Top Hat — interacting with the hat without the buff will cause Lord Stantley to run away. Note that the Vibrant Clacking Claw toy does NOT work; only the buff from the consumable Clacking Claw item will allow you to successfully interact with the hat.
Find the Curious Top Hat
Search the lower areas of Zaralek Cavern for a Curious Top Hat, including inside caves in the region such as the cave near Kapraku. While the buff is active, interact with the Curious Top Hat to receive Lord Stantley.
Tips
Clacking Claw is also tied to the Cavern Clawbbering achievement, so saving extra claws for that achievement is worthwhile.
