Find a Blingtron 4000
Blingtron 4000 is summoned by players with the Engineering profession, so finding one in a major city or hub will grant you a free Blingtron 4000 Gift Package once per day per Battle.net account. Befriending an Engineer is your most reliable way to get daily access.
Open your Gift Package
Lil' Bling is a rare drop from the package, so you may need to collect it over multiple days before he appears.
Upgrade with a Battle-Stone
Lil' Bling comes in only one breed (S/S), so there is no need to hunt for a specific breed. However, he learns as Uncommon quality despite appearing as a blue item, so have a
Flawless Mechanical Battle-Stone ready to upgrade him to Rare quality.
Use Lil' Bling in battle
Lil' Bling is especially effective against Beast pets in encounters like Beasts of Fable and the Celestial Tournament. Pair him with a pet that knows Call Lightning, then swap to Lil' Bling and use Make it Rain, Extra Plating, and Inflation in sequence to stack significant damage through mechanical synergies and Shattered Defenses.
Tips
When using Lil' Bling's healing ability against a target that is burrowed, dodging, or otherwise avoiding attacks, the ability will miss entirely but will still return health to Lil' Bling.
The combination of Call Lightning, Make it Rain, and Inflation causes Inflation's hits to each benefit from the Call Lightning bonus damage, the Make it Rain damage-over-time, and double damage from Shattered Defenses, all at once.
