Enter Karazhan Raid
Travel to Karazhan and enter the raid solo at max level. The Opera Hall encounter rotates weekly between three possible bosses — The Big Bad Wolf, The Crone, and Romulo & Julianne — so you will need to check which boss is active that week.
Wait for Correct Boss
Because the Opera Hall boss is random each week, you may need to return on subsequent weekly resets until The Big Bad Wolf is the active encounter — making this one of the more time-consuming pets to obtain for Raiding with Leashes II: Attunement Edition.
Defeat The Big Bad Wolf
When The Big Bad Wolf is the active Opera Hall boss, defeat him and loot the 
Spiky Collar, which teaches you the Lil' Bad Wolf companion pet.

The Spiky Collar that teaches Lil' Bad Wolf can also be found on the Auction House if you prefer not to wait for the weekly rotation.
