Start the Questline
Find Temporal Investigator Tempo at 54.77, 81.62 in Eon's Fringe and accept the quest The Chronosmith to begin the questline.
Complete The Chronosmith
Travel to Ironus Coldsteel at 52.59, 80.45 and complete The Chronosmith quest with him.
Complete Chronohammer Quests
Accept and complete both Chronohammer Time! and For the Hoard! — the turn-in for these quests is at The Chronosmith's Forge where the questline originally started.
Shatter the Time Lock
Accept the quest If a Hammer Can Break a Lock..., stand dismounted inside the beacon, and activate your Shatter Time Lock Extra Action Button to proceed.
Enter the Timeforge Building
Enter the Timeforge Building and accept the quest By Time Fire be Purged! — also accept Sword Stealing Searers at the same time, as skipping the latter can cause progression issues with the questline.
Tips
Kabluey has several fire-themed puns in its idle dialogue when summoned, including lines referencing Hyjal, Ragnaros, Tirion, and Lions Pride Inn.
The Shatter Time Lock step requires you to be dismounted before using the Extra Action Button — mounting up will prevent it from firing.
