The Gooey Sha-ling is a drop pet from the Mists of Pandaria raid Siege of Orgrimmar, obtainable only on LFR and Flex difficulties from the Sha of Pride.

Queue for or enter Siege of Orgrimmar on either LFR or Flex difficulty — these are the only two difficulties where the Gooey Sha-ling can drop. Normal and Heroic difficulty do not drop this pet.
Defeat the Sha of Pride
Progress through the raid and defeat the Sha of Pride, which is the specific boss that drops the Gooey Sha-ling. The pet can also be obtained via the bonus roll coin on this boss.
Consider Breed Before Buying
The Gooey Sha-ling comes in three breeds — Health, Speed, and Power. Power breed is strong due to Seethe's high base damage, Speed breed lets it act first more frequently, and Health breed offers less overall benefit given the pet's burst-oriented moveset. If purchasing from the Auction House, Power or Speed are the recommended breeds.
Tips
The Gooey Sha-ling performs well against Taran Zhu at the Celestial Tournament — use Call Darkness to reduce enemy accuracy and hit hard, while Doom and Gloom helps apply pressure through pet swaps.
