Froglet
Quest reward from Enormous Bullfrog. The skin of a teal frog sometimes shimmers just right in the sunlight, providing excellent camouflage when on the surface of the water. Aquatic type. This pet can only be obtained during Children's Week. I didn't see anyone with the easy to use list, so here we go.
Froglet is a teal frog battle pet obtained as a reward from the Children's Week world event quest chain, available to both Alliance and Horde players.

Start Children's Week Quest
Alliance players begin by speaking to Orphan Matron Westerson at 48.16, 39.41 in Boralus. The recommended flight path to reach her is Hatherford. Pick up the 
Kul Tiran Orphan Whistle to summon your orphan companion.
Horde Start in Dazar'alor
Horde players speak to Caretaker Padae at 54, 84 in Dazar'alor's Grand Bazaar, near the Port of Zandalar flight path. Pick up the Casteless Zandalari Whistle to summon your orphan.
Complete Tiragarde Sound Quests
Alliance players use the Kul Tiran Orphan Whistle first in southern Tiragarde Sound at 79.88, 82.71 for the Yo Ho, Yo Ho! quest, then travel north-east to 42.49, 22.58 in Tiragarde Sound for The Mountain Folk quest. Complete all quests at this stop before moving on.
Complete Stormsong Valley Quest
Travel east to Stormsong Valley and use your whistle at 72.65, 50 for The Squid Shrine quest. Turn in the quest to your orphan and pick up the follow-up quests in Drustvar.
Complete Drustvar Quests
Head to Drustvar and use your whistle at 46.36, 44.71 for the Bird Friends quest, then proceed to 36.12, 51.14 for the Shapeshifters! quest, starting from Fallhaven and following the road. Turn in both quests when complete.
Return to Orphan Matron
Return to Orphan Matron Westerson at 48.16, 39.41 in Boralus and use your whistle for the Return to the Orphanage quest. Upon completion, you can choose your reward — select the 
Slimy Pouch, which contains the Froglet pet.

If you missed the event, Flik sells the Froglet on Darkmoon Island at 52.4, 62.2. Visit during the Darkmoon Faire to purchase it directly.
Tips
The Slimy Pouch is one of several reward choices at the end of the Alliance quest chain — select it specifically to receive the Froglet.
