Travel to Temple of Sha'naar
Head to the Temple of Sha'naar and locate Ceraxas at 31.4, 68.0. Defeat Ceraxas to trigger the next step.
Accept Quest from Abandoned Fel Pup
Immediately after Ceraxas dies, an Abandoned Fel Pup spawns behind the corpse and offers the quest A Fel Puppy Of My Own — accept it to receive the Fel Pup. This quest is available once per character.
Tips
Felbound Wolves in the area will not aggro you while the Fel Pup is active as your battle pet companion.
The Fel Pup has access to Diseased Bite, making it one of the few Beast pets with a viable Undead ability and a strong pick when countering Humanoid pets. It can also use Immolate against opponents relying on passive healing when no shield is present.
