Drops from Bleakwood Chest. A fellow message courier to Chip, Dal was always on time until one day when he did not return from his appointed round. Humanoid type. To be able to get this pet, the WQ has to be active in Revendreth. Basically you will use a to search for a missing Stone Fiend, free him several times and finally end up defeating .
Dal is a pet obtained in Revendreth by completing the World Quest A Stolen Stone Fiend and then freeing Dal from a cage near Penkle using a Cage Key.

Wait for World Quest
The World Quest A Stolen Stone Fiend must be active in Revendreth before you can begin. Check the Revendreth world quest board and return when this quest is available.
Track the Missing Stone Fiend
Pick up the 
Stone Fiend Tracker and follow it through Revendreth, starting around at 57.23, 39.77 and progressing through at 54.31, 38.34 and at 52.46, 46.92 to locate and free the missing Stone Fiend multiple times along the route.
Defeat Edgar the Collector
At the end of the tracking chain, defeat Edgar the Collector at 46.14, 48.80 in Revendreth to complete the World Quest.
Speak to Penkle for Key
Immediately after Edgar dies, do not leave the area — go directly behind the nearby building and speak to Penkle at 45.31, 47.88 to receive the 
Cage Key via a dialogue option.
Unlock the Cage
Use the Cage Key on the cage next to Penkle at 45.31, 47.88 as quickly as possible after receiving it. Inside you will find 
Dal's Courier Badge, which rewards Dal when used.
Tips
If the cage does not respond to the key, try again the next time A Stolen Stone Fiend is active — the key from a previous run may still work on the cage without needing to repeat the dialogue with Penkle.
If the cage still will not open, joining a group that is actively killing Hopecrusher in Revendreth and then immediately running to the cage at 45.31, 47.88 has allowed players to open it successfully.
