Cogblade Raptor
Source: Pet Battle. This model of raptors is produced in the Blade's Edge Mountains. Their robotic roars are a common sound near Toshley Station. Mechanical type. I found a lot of them with the raptors and wind serpents on Razor Ridge just east of Toshley's Station.

Horde Players: Check Toshley's Station
Cogblade Raptors will also spawn inside Toshley's Station itself. Be aware that while most guards are around level 70, some level 90 guards are present inside the station.

Tips
Horde players farming inside Toshley's Station should watch for the level 90 guards mixed in with the lower-level ones.
