Locate Brullo the Strong
Find Brullo the Strong at 41.4, 86.1 in Zaralek Cavern and defeat him in the ring.
Eat Rocks on the Rocks
After Brullo dies but before the chest spawns, consume
Rocks on the Rocks to gain the required buff — entering combat removes the buff, so eat it only after Brullo is dead.
Loot the Chest
With the Rocks on the Rocks buff active, loot the Chest of Massive Gains that spawns at 41.4, 86.1 to have a chance at receiving Brul.
Tips
Player reports suggest the chest is lootable more reliably when fewer than 5 players tag Brullo the Strong, so tagging him outside of a large raid group may improve your odds.
