Travel to Deadwind Pass
Head to Karazhan in Deadwind Pass and search the area at 49.32, 72.61. Arcane Eyes spawn above ground around the tower, including on the first balcony terrace, behind the keep, near the small lake, and in the surrounding ruins.
Wait for Spawns
Arcane Eyes have been observed spawning after 7pm server time, with roughly 1-2 appearing every 10-15 minutes. Up to 5 can sometimes be found around the keep at once, so check the balconies and terrace in addition to the ground-level areas.
Battle the Arcane Eye
Arcane Eyes are single-pet spawns, meaning no secondary pets will join the battle. If no rare-quality Arcane Eye is present, the existing ones will respawn on their own timer, so revisiting at 49.32, 72.61 after a short wait is viable.
