Find Freka Bloodaxe
Travel to Icecrown and find Freka Bloodaxe at 76.4, 24.2 to purchase the Orgrimmar Banner.
Purchase the Banner
Buy the Orgrimmar Banner from Freka Bloodaxe for Champion's Seals — this is the only vanity item available on your first day as champion for most players, and if you change your mind, you can sell it back to recover your Champion's Seals.
Tips
Placing it in Alliance-controlled areas will cause the guards to react, so be prepared for a fight if you plant it somewhere contested.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can sell it back to the vendor to reclaim your Champion's Seals — see video guide for more details.
