Reach Trader Haw'li
Trader Haw'li is located inside the 'Hot House', an eating establishment just off 'The Zocalo' in Zuldazar. Fly to 'The Sliver' flight point, then climb the stairs clockwise around the building until you reach 'The Zocalo' — the Hot House is on the right. Find Trader Haw'li at 37.8, 14.7 in Zuldazar. If you are an Alliance player without a Horde character, create a Class Trial (any class except Demon Hunter), play through the tutorial until you reach Zandalar without setting your Hearthstone, then complete the quests Rastakhan and Speaker of the Horde to avoid being phased out of the vendor area.

Tips
Trader Haw'li also sells
Tangy Haw'liday Cider, so grab both while you are at the vendor.
