Tips
This toy can be used anywhere, indoors or outdoors, and provides no combat bonus—it is purely for vanity.
If you are unsure about keeping it after purchase, you can resell it to the vendor in patch 3.1 and later to reclaim your Champion's Seals.
As of patch 4.0.3a, the banner displays a Darnassus banner when used instead of a Gnomeregan banner.
