Alliance players should find Captain Klarisa near the Alliance Islands Expedition hub, while Horde players should find Captain Zen'taga near the Horde Islands Expedition hub.

Buy the Gnarlwood Waveboard for 
300 Seafarer's Dubloons. No reputation is required, making it a straightforward purchase once you have the currency.
Tips
The 10-minute surf buff persists through druid shapeshifting forms, does not expire when leaving water and returning, and only falls off if you take damage — you can also cast spells freely without breaking it.
The Gnarlwood Waveboard only reaches 150% movement speed on water, compared to the
Anglers Fishing Raft which reaches around 260% speed, so it is best picked up once you have exhausted other Dubloon purchases.The surfboard model used by this toy has existed in the game since Wrath of the Lich King and can be spotted on the surfboard models found in the Oracles' camps in Sholazar Basin.
