Redeem and Use the Toy
Once redeemed, the Foam Sword Rack becomes a permanent item in your collection with a 30-minute cooldown and the Unique tag. Placing the rack lets any player — regardless of faction or group — pick up a foam sword, which must be equipped and activated via its Use effect to swing at targets, stacking a debuff up to 3 times on those it bonks before their sword disappears in a cloud of colored streamers.
Tips
The foam sword disappears if you zone, log out for more than 15 minutes, get bonked three times while wielding it, or manually unequip it — so avoid unequipping it once you pick one up.
At 2 stacks of the bonk debuff, running or hiding is a valid strategy since the debuff wears off after 60 seconds, letting you re-enter the fight fresh.
The rack lasts 3 minutes, but the real chaos starts once it disappears and players are left scrambling with the remaining swords.
