Darnassus Banner
Sold by Rook Hawkfist. I stick this in the corpses of horde I see. lol
The
Darnassus Banner is a placeable vanity toy purchased from a vendor in Icecrown that lets you plant a Night Elf faction banner on the ground.
Guide awaiting review
Locate Rook Hawkfist
Head to Icecrown and find Rook Hawkfist at 76.2, 19.2 to browse his inventory.
Purchase the Banner
Buy the Darnassus Banner from Rook Hawkfist using Champion's Seals — it costs
15 Champion's Seals. As a bonus, purchasing this toy also unlocks the opposing faction's banner counterpart in your toy collection.
Tips
The banner lasts 3 minutes and shares a 3-minute cooldown, so the flag is always up if you use it on cooldown.
The banner can be placed indoors or outdoors at a range of about 5 yards, similar to throwing a grenade.
Hovering your mouse over the flag causes it to light up slightly, and clicking it causes it to blink — it is not targetable.
If you decide you dislike the toy after purchase, you can sell it back to recover your Champion's Seals (available in patch 3.1 and later).
