Guide awaiting review
Locate Vendor Vilo
Travel to Zereth Mortis and find Vilo at 34.8, 64.2 to purchase the Broker Translocation Matrix.
Purchase the Toy
Buy the Broker Translocation Matrix from Vilo. Note that this toy requires your character to be Exalted with the relevant faction, but once collected on one character at that reputation, the toy is usable account-wide on all characters including low-level alts.
Tips
This toy functions exactly like a standard hearthstone — it returns you to your current hearth location, not to a fixed location like Oribos.
