Bloodmane Charm
Source: Vendor. For Alliance Having done no questing in Draenor beyond establishing a level 1 Garrison in Shadowmoon Valley, I sought to build the Smuggler's Den in Spires of Arak simply to obtain the on an alt.
The
Bloodmane Charm is a toy sold by a rotating vendor in Spires of Arak that transforms you into a Saberon.

Build the Smuggler's Den
In Spires of Arak, build the Smuggler's Den outpost building at Southport. If you previously built a different building there, speak to Lieutenant Willem to reset your choice for
5000 Gold, then select the Trading Post option.
Purchase from the Vendor
Once the Smuggler's Den is built, the Bloodmane Charm is sold by either Honest Jim or Linny "The Skinny" Leadpockets — these vendors rotate and carry a limited stock, so the item may not always be available.
