Pet Battle
Sold by Angelo Rustbin. The thicker and more gangly the whiskers, the more devious the rodent. That's just basic biology. Critter type. He spawned in a building and was not fightable due to "Pet battle area obstructed", but I found I could get him by opening the door and standing outside, then clicking him through the door
Wily Rat is a wild pet available in Undermine that can be purchased from Angelo Rustbin.
