Drops from Restored Revenant. She loves tummy rubs. Just watch out for splinters. Undead type. You have to find four parts in Drustvar and combine them to collect battle pet. All parts contained across Drustvar in chests which locked with dark magic.

Reach Drustvar
Alliance players can sail directly to Drustvar, while Horde players can use a 
Lucky Tortollan Charm to teleport to Stormsong Valley and then fly to Drustvar. The Lucky Tortollan Charm is purchasable from Griftah in the Waking Shores or Dornogol.
Collect Bundle of Wicker Sticks
Head to the northwestern part of Crimson Forest and find the Hexed Chest on the hill at 18.5, 51.3. Three Witch Torches surround the chest — click them to unlock it and loot the 
Bundle of Wicker Sticks.
Collect Wolf Pup Spine
Travel to the cave near Corlain and find the Enchanted Chest at 25.5, 24.2. Click the surrounding Witch Torches to unlock it and loot the 
Wolf Pup Spine.
Collect Miniature Stag Skull
Make your way to the hills south of Fletcher's Hollow where the Ensorcelled Chest sits at 67.7, 73.7. The path up begins around 68.5, 68.8. Click the surrounding Witch Torches to unlock the chest and loot the 
Miniature Stag Skull.
Collect Spooky Incantation
Head to Barrowknoll Cemetery and find the Bespelled Chest at 55.6, 51.8. Click the surrounding Witch Torches to unlock it and loot the 
Spooky Incantation.
Combine Items for Pet
With all four components in your bags — Bundle of Wicker Sticks, Wolf Pup Spine, Miniature Stag Skull, and Spooky Incantation — combine them together to create the Spooky Bundle of Sticks battle pet, which teaches you the Wicker Pup.
Tips
If no chests are spawning for you, switch to an alternate character that has never looted any of the four Drustvar chests, as looting a chest on a character and then deleting or banking the item can prevent the chests from appearing again on that character.
