Locate and Battle Whitewhisker
With the buff active, Whitewhiskers will appear in the surrounding area. Engage any Whitewhisker in battle to capture it as a pet.
Capture the Pet
Reduce Whitewhisker's health to low levels using a strong pet like Bleak Skitterer with a 3, 1, 1 ability rotation, then throw a pet ball to capture it.
Tips
If hunting for rare quality Whitewhisker, defeat existing battle-able ones to trigger neutral ones to turn into battle pets.
