Find Vale Flitter in Vale
Travel to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and search for Vale Flitter at the verified waypoints, including locations at 43.8, 69.8; 47.8, 77.4; 51.6, 72.2; 52.2, 77.6; 54.8, 77.6; 56.2, 74.4; 56.2, 85.4; 57, 77.8; 57.6, 61.8; 58.6, 77.4; 59.4, 83.4; 60, 77.6; 60.6, 77; and 60.6, 77.8. You may also find them at 66.7, 85.2.
Initiate pet battle
Target the Vale Flitter to start a pet battle. If the pet appears as a non-capturable critter, log out and back in to refresh the spawn state.
Capture the pet
Defeat the Vale Flitter in battle and capture it with a pet trap.

If you cannot find a wild Vale Flitter, visit Sixx in The Exodar at 29.4, 33.4 to purchase one.
