Twilight Fiendling
Source: Pet Battle. Demonstrating that a little evil goes a long way, this fiendling uses its razor-sharp teeth and gaping maw to devour anything in its path. Magic type. They appear to have a phasing issue at the moment. On a character with all the quests completed, I can see them at a distance, but all the battle pets phase out as I get closer.
Twilight Fiendling is a wild pet found in Twilight Highlands that can be captured by defeating it in battle among corrupted areas controlled by the Twilight Hammer.

Travel to Twilight Highlands
Make your way to Twilight Highlands, the zone where these tiny fleshbeasts spawn in corrupted areas where the Twilight Hammer has established their presence.
Search Devouring Breach
Look for Twilight Fiendlings in the Devouring Breach, an area where they are known to spawn more readily, especially on characters that have not completed quests in Twilight Highlands.
Clear nearby hostile mobs
Most Twilight Fiendlings spawn near hostile level 85 mobs, so be prepared to clear enemies from the area before engaging the pet.
Engage and capture the pet
Target the Twilight Fiendling and begin a pet battle to capture it; when clicked, it makes characteristic fleshbeast growls and gibbering noises.
