Stormstruck Beaver
Source: Pet Battle. This creature was once a normal beaver, but was struck by lightning, a stormwing drake's breath, and a rock all at the same time. Elemental type. One of the requirements for Broken Isles Safari and found in Stormheim. These share spawn points with Bucktooth Flappers and Bucktooth Flapper (critter) but are considerably rarer.
The Stormstruck Beaver is a wild battle pet found in Stormheim during the Legion expansion, required for the Broken Isles Safari achievement, and obtained by forcing spawns through killing Bucktooth Flappers at shared spawn points.

Fly to Stormheim
Head to Stormheim and fly into Skyfire Triage Camp. Run down the slope to the stretch of water next to the crashed airship — this area contains multiple critter spawn points for both Bucktooth Flappers and Stormstruck Beavers.
Kill Bucktooth Flappers
Stormstruck Beavers share spawn points with Bucktooth Flappers — both the battlable and non-battlable critter versions. Kill every Bucktooth Flapper you see to force a Stormstruck Beaver to spawn in its place. The stretch of water near the airship has roughly five spawn points, and there is a smaller circular area above the waterfall on your left with three additional spawn points around it.
Farm the Hidden Lake
A particularly efficient farming spot is a small hidden lake at 29, 45 in Stormheim. Two Bucktooth Flappers respawn here roughly every five minutes as long as you keep killing them, and the spawn points are close together making it easy to patrol.
Cover Additional Spawn Points
Additional confirmed spawn locations in Stormheim include at 47.8, 52.4 where a Stormstruck Beaver has been captured during both beta and live, as well as at 36.57, 51.67, at 46.76, 52.92, at 37.07, 58.44, at 40.74, 59.69, at 46.93, 60.44, at 35.81, 51.37, at 42.02, 61.08, and at 33.3, 55.73. Rotate between these points killing all Bucktooth Flappers to maximize your chances of a Stormstruck Beaver appearing.
Tips
Stormstruck Beavers are considerably rarer than Bucktooth Flappers at shared spawn points, so extended farming sessions at these locations are expected.
Spawning is not weather or rain dependent, despite claims on some forums — Stormstruck Beavers can appear under any conditions.
