The Spirebound Crab is a wild battle pet native to Pandaria that can be captured on the Windward Isle or found as a secondary pet in the Jade Forest.

Head to Windward Isle
Travel to the Windward Isle in Pandaria, home of the Cloud Serpents, and look for Spirebound Crabs spawning in the wild. Note that the in-game pet description refers to this location as 'Windless Isle', which appears to be an error.
Hunt in Jade Forest
If you have no luck on the Windward Isle, battle wild pets across the Jade Forest — the Spirebound Crab can appear as a secondary pet in those encounters. One player found a rare-quality Spirebound Crab as a secondary add just outside Tian Monastery.
Use Spirebound Crab to capture pets
The Spirebound Crab makes an excellent pet-capturing companion: Renewing Mists lasts 3 rounds, Shell Shield lasts 5 rounds, and its Snap ability deals low consistent damage, letting you safely whittle down a target before throwing your trap without risking killing it.
Tips
The Spirebound Crab comes in P/P and H/H breeds, with base stats of 8.5 Health, 8.0 Power, and 7.5 Speed.
