Snowlemental
Sold by Kazzi. When you feel a chill run down your spine, don't be afraid. It's probably just your pet snowlemental. Elemental type. Can also be found at the Winterpelt Hollow in Azure Span (66, 11). Was only able to find 1 one battle pet version and 1 critter equivalent.
The Snowlemental is a wild pet found in The Azure Span during the Dragonflight expansion, captured through pet battles in the wild.

Head to Azure Span
The most reliable area to find Snowlemental pet battles is in The Azure Span. Start at Winterpelt Hollow at 66.71, 11.58 and 67.19, 13.03, where up to one battle pet version and one critter equivalent have been reported spawning together.
Clear critters to spawn battles
If no pet-battle-able Snowlementals are present, clear out all the non-battle Snowlemental critters in the area. After clearing them, pet-battle versions will respawn in their place — this has been confirmed to produce two pet-battle Snowlementals at the Winterpelt Hollow location.
Check upper Azure Span
Additional Snowlementals have been found scattered across the upper-right area of The Azure Span. Confirmed locations include at 73, 26 and at 70, 36, as well as near Camp Antonidas by the lake. These are typically Poor quality with a B/B breed. Be aware that Yetis patrol some of these areas and may aggro you after a pet battle ends.
Use all waypoints
Additional confirmed spawn locations across The Azure Span include at 48.8, 64.8, at 49.0, 62.2, at 51.2, 60.8, at 47.4, 39.4, at 53, 42.2, at 59.6, 44.6, at 70.4, 44, at 72.2, 43.2, at 72.6, 40.4, at 73.0, 36.4, at 70, 36.2, at 78.4, 32.4, at 79.6, 31.8, at 79.2, 29.6, at 75.2, 23.6, at 72.6, 25.6, at 67.9, 19, at 66.6, 11.6, and at 55.2, 21.2.
Avoid Waking Shores
The ice area southwest of Ruby Life Pools in The Waking Shores does contain Snowlementals, but none of them are pet-battle-able and clearing the critters there did not produce battle pet versions — that area is not worth visiting for this pet.
Buy from vendor Kazzi
If you prefer to skip hunting, vendor Kazzi in The Azure Span at 65.8, 12.6 sells the Snowlemental directly.
Tips
Snowlementals in the wild are commonly found at Poor quality, so plan to upgrade using a Battle-Stone if you want a higher quality version.
