Travel to Rogue Order Hall
Make your way to the Rogue Class order hall and locate Griftah. Purchase the Sneaky Marmot from him for 10,000 Coins of Air.
Locate Your New Pet
Once summoned, the Sneaky Marmot is extremely difficult to see — you cannot use /tar sneaky to target it, but in areas with clear ground like Ironforge you can spot its small shadow and mouse around that area to interact with it.
Upgrade the Pet
Targeting the Sneaky Marmot directly to apply upgrade stones does not work; instead, use the stone icon at the top of your pet list interface, then select the Sneaky Marmot from the list to successfully apply the upgrade stone.
Tips
This pet can be caged and traded on the Auction House if you prefer to obtain it that way.
Invisible marmots have existed across Azeroth since the game launched, and the Sneaky Marmot is a direct nod to this — Brann Bronzebeard even references it in Ulduar with the line 'Sneak? What do you think we are? Marmots?'
