The Snapdragon Pup is a wild battle pet found on the Siren Isles during The War Within, available only when Naga are invading the zone as part of the Siren Isle weekly rotation.

Check Siren Isle Rotation
The Snapdragon Pup only spawns when the Siren Isles is on the Naga invasion weekly rotation. If Naga are not currently invading, the pet will not be present.
Search During Calm Weather
Head to the Deadfin Mire area or the beach at 65.57, 84.11 — these are confirmed spawn locations. Additional spawn points have been found at 62.8, 80.93 and 57.04, 74.68 on the Siren Isles. Avoid stormy phases, as the pet was confirmed found during normal (no storm) conditions.
Identify Your Target Skin
The Snapdragon Pup appears in multiple skins: green and gold are the most common, red is less common, and purple is the rarest. The pet's color is visible before engaging it in battle, and it also appears in a target macro, letting you target a specific color by name before starting a fight.
Force Respawns Via Pet Battle
The Snapdragon Pup is immune to all direct damage, including cleave and area damage from players, so it cannot be killed by conventional combat to force a respawn. To despawn an unwanted skin and trigger a new spawn, you must defeat it through a pet battle.
Tips
A target macro can display the Snapdragon Pup's color, allowing you to identify and filter for a specific skin before engaging.
The Snapdragon Pup never appears as a backline pet in a battle, so the skin is always visible before you commit to the fight.
