Silkbead Snail
Source: Pet Battle. Hides in shell to escape claws of nearby crabs. Critter type. After you get exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and you can capture those little dragon hatchlings, the often tags along as second or third pet.
The Silkbead Snail is a critter pet with aquatic attacks that can be found on beaches in Pandaria, most reliably near the Wreck of the Vanguard and Garrosh'ar Point.

Search near Wreck of the Vanguard
Travel to the small beach near the Wreck of the Vanguard in Pandaria. Silkbead Snails spawn here but are few in number and often outnumbered by monkeys. They respawn quickly, so camp the area rather than roaming the map.
Check further down the beach
If you have difficulty finding snails near the Wreck of the Vanguard, travel further down the beach toward Garrosh'ar Point, where more snails spawn and fewer monkeys interfere.
Capture the snail
When you encounter a Silkbead Snail, initiate a pet battle and capture it. If a snail appears in the water with 'battle area obstructed' message, defeat it so it respawns in an accessible location.
Alternative: Use Cloud Serpent method
If hunting on the map proves difficult, reach exalted reputation with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and capture their dragon hatchlings. Silkbead Snails often appear as companion pets during these battles.
