Unlock Post-Antorus Silithus
To see the correct phase of Silithus where the three rare enemies spawn, start the quest chain Summons to Orgrimmar (Horde) or Summons to Stormwind (Alliance). This unlocks the updated version of the zone without requiring you to complete the Antorus raid.
Kill Qroshekx at Hive'Ashi
Head to Qroshekx at 58.4, 12.5 in northern Silithus near Hive'Ashi. This rare can drop the Silithid Mini-Tank along with other rare spawn resources, but the drop is not guaranteed. Each rare can only be looted once per day per character, and the respawn timer is approximately one minute.
Kill Xaarshej at Hive'Zora
Travel to Xaarshej at 29.4, 34.8 in western Silithus near Hive'Zora. This rare also has a chance to drop the Silithid Mini-Tank and follows the same once-per-day looting restriction per character.
Kill Ssinkrix at Hive'Regal
Find Ssinkrix at 54.8, 79.4 in southeastern Silithus near Hive'Regal. This rare can also drop the Silithid Mini-Tank, though the drop rate is not 100%, so cycling through all three rares each day improves your odds.
Tips
This daily farm is tracked per character, not per account, so running multiple characters through all three rares each day gives you more attempts.
