Visit the Valdrakken Daycare at 11, 58 and speak with Jyhanna to begin the quest "Oh Where Oh Where Can He Be."
Complete Lubbins quests
Work through the quest chain, which will eventually task you with finding Shyfly as an objective for the "A Friend for Lubbins" quest.
Encounter Shyfly in the world
Search for Shyfly in the designated wild pet areas at 37.06, 86.1 and 40.64, 75.42 to complete the quest objective and obtain the pet.
Claim rewards
Complete the questline to receive Shyfly, two additional pets (Lubbins and Mister Toots), battle stones, and an achievement.
Tips
Shyfly only appears in Common and Uncommon quality when found in the wild; Rare quality does not drop from wild encounters.
