Sapphire Firefly
Source: Pet Battle. It has been referred to as "the flying gem" due to its similar luster to the finest of sapphires. Flying type. There can only be one of these up at a time but there will always be one up. This is all the spawn points known so far (current as of 8/11/2015) .
The Sapphire Firefly is a wild pet found in Spires of Arak during the Draenor expansion, known for its sapphire-like luster, and can also appear as a secondary pet in certain battles in the Dalaran Sewers.

Travel to Spires of Arak
Head to Spires of Arak, where the Sapphire Firefly spawns as a rare wild pet. Only one exists at a time across the zone, but one is always active somewhere among its many spawn points.
Check All Known Spawn Points
Search the following confirmed spawn locations across Spires of Arak: at 37, 42 — at 45, 34 — at 45, 35 — at 45, 48 — at 45, 61 — at 45, 62 — at 46, 48 — at 49, 41 — at 49, 50 — at 49, 51 — at 52, 70 — at 53, 70 — at 55, 32 — at 56, 41 — at 56, 42 — at 57, 42 — at 57, 50 — at 58, 51 — at 59, 68. Additional spawn points may still be undiscovered. Use the macro /target Sapphire Firefly to quickly check if one is nearby.
Use Group Finder to Server Hop
Rather than running between every spawn point, use the in-game Group Finder tool to hop between servers. Join a group set in Spires of Arak, check for the Sapphire Firefly at your current location, then hop again if it is not present — this method has been confirmed to work by multiple players.
Try the Dalaran Sewers as an Alternative
The Sapphire Firefly has been confirmed to appear as a rare secondary pet during Young Mutant Warturtle battles in the New Dalaran (Broken Isles) Sewers at 58.29, 59.59, accessible via a Purple Hearthstone. It has also been seen as a secondary during Blind Rat battles in the same area.
