Guide awaiting review
Run Island Expeditions
Queue for Island Expeditions and look for Necromancer-type mobs to spawn on the island. The mobs simply need to be present during the expedition for a chance to drop Rotting Ghoul; you do not need to specifically target or kill particular mob types.
