Collect the Soap Bar
Pick up the 
Adventurer's Lost Soap Bar at 39.64, 84.69 in The Waking Shores. Look for a small wooden bath near a barrel.
Collect Marmoni's Prize
Pick up 
Marmoni's Prize at 47.71, 83.59 in The Waking Shores. It is found inside boxes behind a tent.
Collect the Well-Preserved Bone
Pick up the 
Well-Preserved Bone at 66.1, 5 in The Waking Shores. Fly up to the top of the broken tower and search the top floor.
Combine Items Near Hornswog
Travel to the Possessive Hornswog at 64.92, 69.56 in The Waking Shores and combine the three collected items to create the 
Observant Riddle "Treat", which causes the Possessive Hornswog to leave. Then enter the cave and loot the Hidden Hornswog Hoard to receive the Roseate Hopper.
Tips
If you are in a party, only one player can loot the chest at a time — the chest respawns approximately every 10 minutes so each party member can loot it.
If the chest is not visible after the frog leaves, reloading your UI resolves the issue.
