Find a Roggy Race
No quest is required to obtain Roggy — simply locate a snail race where Roggy is a participant and help him win.
Pick Up Roggy's Treats
Pick up Roggy's treats before the race begins and hold onto them — the treats must still be in your possession when the race ends, or the win will not count.
Stay Back From Roggy
Position yourself as far back from Roggy as possible during the race so that race hazards, when they spawn, target the other snails rather than you — these hazards stopping the other racers are what actually wins the race for Roggy.
Bring a Friend to Help
If another player also picks up Roggy's treats and throws them, Roggy can win the race even without the hazards interfering — having two people feeding Roggy makes the race significantly more reliable.
Tips
Roggy retains his cute little hat from the races when he becomes your pet.
