Travel to Winterspring and battle any wild pets you encounter in the zone. Robo-Chick appears as a secondary pet when fighting other pets, making it easier to locate a rare version without targeting specific spawn locations.
Increase spawn chance at Everlook
Visit Everlook in Winterspring and kill the critters in the area, which respawn quickly. This increases your chances of encountering either a Robo-Chick or Rabid Nut Varmin 5000.
Check Azshara location
Battle wild pets at 29.0, 57.8 in Azshara, though note that Robo-Chicks at this location may require certain quests to be completed before they can be battled.
