The Rebellious Imp is a battle pet dropped by Mother Rosula, a summoned rare elite in Antoran Wastes who can only be called forth by crafting a special feast from imp meat.

Imp Meat by killing imps in Antoran Wastes. Once you have 100, combine them to create a 
Disgusting Feast.
Locate Mother Rosula's Pool
Head to the cavern entrance at 65.5, 26.6 in Antoran Wastes, which sits to the east of The Spirit Crucible. Follow the north/south walkway inside the caverns all the way to the northernmost sub-cave — this is where Mother Rosula's pool is located.
Summon and Defeat Mother Rosula
Place the Disgusting Feast in front of the pool to summon Mother Rosula at 66.6, 17.4 in Antoran Wastes. Defeat her for a chance at the 
Rebellious Imp item, which teaches the battle pet. This can be done once per day per character, resetting at the daily reset, and does not require an active world quest or rare elite rotation for her to appear.
Tips
Mother Rosula does not need to be part of the current rare elite rotation to be summoned — placing the Disgusting Feast at her pool works any day.
The Rebellious Imp can spawn in two color variants: flat grey or bright pink, with roughly a 50/50 chance between them.
The pet is available in B/B, P/P, P/B, and P/S breeds, so check the quality and breed before learning it if you have a preference.
