Hunt Rats in Howling Fjord
Head to Gjalerbron in Howling Fjord, where Rat appears as both a primary and secondary battle pet at levels 20-22. Roach and Spider are the other primary pets in this area, while Rat also shows up frequently among the secondary pool.
Find Rat on Timeless Isle
Travel to the north side of the Celestial Court on the Timeless Isle, near Cowardly Zue, where one tameable Rat spawns as a battle pet in random rarities and colors with a respawn time of around two minutes.
Tips
Rats come in several different colors, so visit multiple zones if you are looking for a specific color variant.
