Travel to Undermine and begin Shipping & Handling delivery jobs using your 
G-99 Breakneck car to initiate a job streak.
Complete 9 consecutive jobs
Finish 9 Shipping & Handling delivery jobs in succession. You may perform other activities between jobs, but do not use the Clock Out button in your car, as this will break the streak.
Receive pet drop
Upon completing the 9th job, the Personal-Use Sapper will drop directly into your inventory.
