Locate vault items
Enter the Zskera Vault in the Forbidden Reach and search for both an Empty Obsidian Vial and Restorative Water. These items are found in different rooms throughout the vault, which is procedurally generated, so their locations vary between runs.
Use water on vial
Once you have both the Restorative Water and Empty Obsidian Vial in your inventory, use the Restorative Water on the vial to obtain Patos.
