Travel to Camp Antonidas and find the Magical Creature Manual at 45.86, 38.3. Click the book to receive the Sight of Elusive Vorquin buff, which lasts 5 minutes and enables you to see Pale Baby Vorquin battle pets in the area.
Locate and battle Pale Baby Vorquin
Search the nearby area for green pawprints on your minimap indicating a Pale Baby Vorquin. If no battle pet appears after clicking the book, kill the nearby critter versions of the vorquin to force-spawn a battle pet, then look for the pawprints again.
Tame your pet
Engage the Pale Baby Vorquin in battle and defeat it to tame it as a pet. The pet can spawn in any quality level, including rare quality.
Tips
Multiple Pale Baby Vorquins can appear from a single book click, allowing you to battle and tame more than one in succession.
If the book becomes unclickable due to a cooldown, use /reload to reset the interaction and click it again.
If you don't see a battle pet on your minimap immediately, killing the nearby critter vorquins will trigger battle pet spawns.
