Oasis Void-Duster
Source: Pet Battle. Nobody is sure what sort of powder is coming off of these moths, and everyone is too terrified to find out what it actually is. Flying type.
The Oasis Void-Duster is a wild battle pet found in the N'zoth Assault version of Uldum, capturable only after completing the patch 8.3 questline that unlocks the Visions of N'Zoth invasions.

Unlock the 8.3 Phase
You must complete the questline that introduces you to the Visions of N'Zoth invasions to Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Without finishing this questline, the N'zoth Assault version of the zone will not be visible and the Oasis Void-Duster will not appear.
Travel to Uldum
Head to the river area in Uldum, where the Oasis Void-Duster is best found. The assault does not need to be active to encounter this pet. Key spots to check are at 61, 15, at 57, 23, at 50, 30, at 47, 43, at 61, 37, at 62, 47, at 58, 54, at 61, 47 and the general area at 47, 32.
Target and Battle the Pet
Use a targeting macro with /tar Oasis Void-Duster to locate wild battle pets directly. If you find only critter versions, defeat them and a battle pet will eventually spawn in their place. The Oasis Void-Duster also appears as a secondary pet when battling Void-Scarred Locusts and Oasis Moths, so targeting those with /tar Void-Scarred Locust is another way to encounter it.
Capture the Pet
Defeat the Oasis Void-Duster in a pet battle to capture it. Note that this pet is not cageable, so it cannot be traded or purchased from the Auction House and must be caught in the wild.
Tips
The Oasis Void-Duster model does not display correctly in the Wowhead model viewer, so in-game appearance may differ from what you see there.
