Nightmare Lasher
Source: Pet Battle. A lasher by any other name would smell as sweet. Elemental type. This is one of the Order Hall pets that was introduced in Legion. The Order Hall pets are an interesting anomaly in terms of combat pets, in that they are class specific and are NOT cageable!
The Nightmare Lasher is a Legion wild pet obtained randomly from plants grown in the Druid Order Hall, and it cannot be caged or traded.

Level Your Druid Alt
The Nightmare Lasher is exclusive to the Druid Order Hall and requires a Druid character at level 105 or higher to access the necessary Order Hall research.
Unlock Evergreen Research
Complete the second Order Hall research, called Evergreen, which becomes available at character level 105. This unlocks the ability to grow plants in the Druid Order Hall.
Grow Plants in Order Hall
Head to the soil plot at 45.17, 62.87 in the Druid Order Hall and grow plants there. Only Grove Vines have a chance to contain the Nightmare Lasher, and the plants grown are random.
Collect Up to Three
The Nightmare Lasher has an account limit of 3, but it cannot be caged or traded, so any duplicates beyond what you can use can only be released or destroyed.
Tips
Unlike
Broot, which is limited to 1 per account and cannot even be released, the Nightmare Lasher allows up to 3 per account and can be released if you receive unwanted extras.
