Unlock Expert Haggler Perk
Reach Renown 8 with the Shipping & Handling faction, as the Expert Haggler perk may be required for the Job Streak rewards to include pets like Mutt.
Start Shipping & Handling Jobs
Enter your G-99 Breakneck car in Undermine and begin Shipping & Handling delivery jobs. A progress bar will appear once you start your first job, tracking your Job Streak.
Complete 9 Consecutive Jobs
Finish 9 Shipping & Handling jobs without clicking the Clock Out button in your car. You can do other activities between jobs, but pressing Clock Out breaks the streak. Mutt is auto-granted upon completing the 9th job, before your Legally Mandated Break begins.
Prioritize Your First Weekly Streak
The Job Streak rewards appear to be heavily weighted toward your first completed streak of the week, so completing the weekly quest Many Jobs, Handle It! alongside your streak is a reliable approach.
Tips
Mutt was obtained alongside other rewards such as Breakneck Cabbie's Coat and Violet Goblin Shredder on separate weekly first-streak completions, suggesting first-streak-of-the-week attempts are the most rewarding.
