Moonshell Crab
Drops from Sandclaw Stoneshell. The moonshell crab reflects light so well that they can be picked up and used as a mirror. Just keep your face away from the claws! Aquatic type. The best location to catch these is on the Moonlit Shore directly north of the Temple of Karabor and all the way up the coast near Elodor.

Travel to Moonlit Shore
Head to the Moonlit Shore directly north of the Temple of Karabor and along the coast near Elodor. There are typically 25+ Moonshell Crabs spawned on the shore at any given time.
Catch as primary pet
Engage Moonshell Crabs in battle as primary pets only—they do not appear as secondary pets in the wild. Be prepared for secondary pets like Mossbite Skitterer, Spider, Waterfly, Royal Moth, Forest Spiderling, and Zangar Crawler during your encounters.
Search difficult terrain if needed
If you cannot find Moonshell Crabs along the easily accessible north or south shores, some areas of the Moonlit Shore are only reachable from the water or by jumping down from cliffs, so you may need to wade in to find them.
Tips
Moonshell Crab has an uncommon ability set for crabs, including Arcane Slash, though this ability is most useful on speedy breeds.
If you own the All Hallow's Eve pet spawner in your garrison, Moonshell Crabs can appear as secondary battle pets alongside other zone creatures during those spawns.
