Minfernal
Source: Pet Battle. These ill-tempered constructs of flame and rage sometimes rise from the remains of larger infernals who fall in battle. Magic type. Damn you Tainted Rat that makes my heart jump when I see you >.<
Minfernal is a rare wild pet found in Kalimdor that spawns on an independent timer in specific locations.

Travel to Shattered Scar Vale
Head to Shattered Scar Vale and search at 40.2, 40.3 or at 40.99, 44.43 for Minfernal spawns. This pet appears on a rare spawn timer unaffected by killing other Infernal mobs.
Capture the Minfernal
Engage and capture the Minfernal when it appears. Consider using
to upgrade its quality once caught rather than farming for rare spawn versions.
Tips
Minfernal spawns either singly or in groups on its own independent timer, separate from other Infernal rare spawns.
See video guide for additional spawning location details.
