Meek Bloodlasher
Drops from Dislodged Blockage. Fungal lashers are typically violent and carnivorous. This diminuative variety is better suited to shyly flail its limbs against fellow small fry. Elemental type. I have found two versions of it. One of them had a different hat :)
Meek Bloodlasher is a wild pet found in Khaz Algar that can be caught in multiple locations across The Ringing Deeps and Azj-Kahet.

Locate Meek Bloodlasher
Search for Meek Bloodlasher at one of four known locations: at 43.6, 35.2 in The Ringing Deeps, at 50.4, 39.2 in The Ringing Deeps, at 54.2, 67.6 in Azj-Kahet, or at 63, 65 in The Ringing Deeps. The pet spawns as a front line pet in these areas.
Catch the pet
Engage the Meek Bloodlasher in battle and weaken it, then use a pet cage to capture it. If you encounter critter versions instead of the battle pet, defeating them may cause a battle pet version to spawn.
