Source: Drop. Tales say that the stewards were created to aid the denizens of Bastion in their eternal duties. They don't seem to mind. Humanoid type. - is an extremely rare drop from various elite mobs in The Citadel of Loyalty, in the northwest corner of Bastion, in the Shadowlands.

Lost Featherling is a steward companion that drops from specific enemies in Bastion, but only if your character is a member of the Kyrian Covenant.

Join the Kyrian Covenant
The Lost Featherling will only drop for your character if you have pledged to the Kyrian Covenant — it will not drop if you belong to any other covenant, including Night Fae.
Find the Best Farm Spot
Head to the Citadel of Loyalty in Bastion and look for a cluster of three Assuming Scholars and two Ardent Warriors at 28, 22 — they are spread out enough to avoid being overwhelmed by surrounding mobs.
Target the Right Enemies
Focus on Fallacious Aspirants at a 0.6% drop chance and Misguided Postulants at 0.5%, as these non-elite enemies offer better odds than the elite Assuming Scholar at 0.3% or Ardent Warrior at 0.2%.
Try the World Quest
The Lost Featherling can drop while completing the world quest Disloyal Denizens, making it an efficient way to farm the pet since you are already killing the relevant enemies.

If you prefer to skip the grind, the Lost Featherling is tradeable and may be available for purchase from other players on the Auction House.
