From Freka Bloodaxe. Loves to rest inside footwear of unsuspecting travelers during the night. Beast type. I have found this pet pretty much everywhere in Uldum so should be no problem finding one or farming a rare either..
The Leopard Scorpid is a wild battle pet found in Uldum, known for spawning across the zone but proving surprisingly difficult to find as a rare.

Head to Uldum
The Leopard Scorpid spawns throughout Uldum, but players have had the most encounters near the Oasis of Vir'sar, a T-shaped lake in the northwest part of the zone. Note that they share spawns with other pets in the area and can appear as non-battlable critters, which reduces how often you'll find a battlable one.
Watch for secondary pet spawns
The Leopard Scorpid can appear as a secondary pet in battles — one player found their rare while engaging a Sidewinder, with the Leopard Scorpid showing up as the third pet in the encounter. A confirmed rare was found at level 21 with 1192 health, 218 attack, and 273 speed.
Check the Ahn'Qiraj border
A Leopard Scorpid has also been spotted as a solo battle pet in Ahn'Qiraj: The Fallen Kingdom at 70, 68, right along the border with Uldum, where it appeared at level 17.
Know your breed options
The Leopard Scorpid is available in H/S, P/S, and S/S breeds, giving it more breed variety than most other scorpid pets, so target the breed that suits your preferred playstyle.
Tips
Players who farmed the Leopard Scorpid while running Vortex Pinnacle for the
Reins of the Drake of the North Wind reported that rare quality took well over 250 battles to obtain, so this is among the harder Uldum rares to collect.
